Even CEO and chairperson will ask intern or sde 1 that why the work is pending -micromanagement at its peak -no one is there to take ownership of anything management is only for blaming juniors -increment will range in 5-10 thousand per annum, don't expect more if you not bootlicking your manager -manager will ask what you've done till date for this organization even though you are in office more than 12hrs. - CEO will chill in his home and expect team to come office on weekends -fake promises -no performance bonus, if you ask about it then you'll be in PIP -CEO is oversmart and can't even write hello world program but thinks put problem statement in ChatGPT and it'll give you code and test cases. -linkedin will show how happy they are but only employees know each details -manager will call you during lunch time and even he notes how many times you've taken break for washroom -bootlicking employee will say anything bad about you to the manager and foolish manager belives everything on it.
