      The only good thing about working here is the people you work with.

      Medical benefit has been downgraded after Novant Health took over. Due to the supply distribution change, having sufficient and life saving supplies are less frequent. The organization prioritizes customer service over the overall well being of staff.

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
