Pros
The company provides good benefits and working conditions. They encourage further education. If your clinic met the marks that they set for you, such as patient satisfaction, timely appointments etc. each employee would receive a bonus. This was on top of the regular company profit bonuses they give annually.
Cons
Company did seem to be very profit driven. Collecting co-payments was a MUST and if you failed to do so you would get written up. Administration needs to take employee complaints more seriously. The family clinic where I worked went through 4 front desk people in the less than 3 years that I was there. They left because of dissatisfaction with management. There were so many changes being made, no consistency or true leadership.
