Management is approachable and open to feedback, and there’s a real sense that everyone is working toward the same goal. What really stands out is how much the company cares about borrowers. There is a genuine focus on doing the right thing and helping customers, which makes the work feel meaningful

Working for NBS, you are always made to feel like a part of a family, and your thoughts and opinions are always valued. Feedback is always welcome and taken into account when developing processes and procedures, and no matter what role you work in, everyone at Head Office will treat you with respect and have a chat, A wonderful place to work.

Cons

Under some circumstances, staff shortages can lead to extra travel in the morning with short notice. To be fair, this is always compensated and cost of travel is added back into your pay.
