Pros
Northland was a great place to work for my first real office job. The people were all very kind and welcoming and helped me get my feet on the ground. I worked in sales and it was great networking with not only the people in the office, but the customers as well. Strong focus on work life balance. Commitment to goals.
Cons
Not great starting pay for interns. $12/hr isn't the worst pay out there, but for the business you bring in and the efforts you put in, its hard to look at that paycheck at the end of the week. Training program was brief to say the least. You get to make the internship what you want it to be which is nice in some ways, but more guidance and training would be appreciated. There is not a very large ladder to climb.
