Phone screening followed by an in person interview. Very informal which made you feel comfortable. Phone interview just asked about getting to know you. In person interview met with different people within different departments.

Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. The first was about 45 minutes long with the VP of Sales where you go over basic get to know you questions. The second interview was around two hours where you meet the different people in the departments and interview with them all in groups.
