Pros
None: stay away from this job.
Cons
Where to begin? I just saw an advertisement for this position at Nolato on Youtube, and was compelled to leave a review, due to how insanely deceptive that commercial was. I worked in the Bethel VT location for almost a year. To advertise daily life at this location as anything other sweltering slave labor is wildly fraudulent. The "production facility" is a converted barn. It is NOT climate controlled, during the summer everyone was huddled around the few A/C vents like slaves hanging out of a car window, gasping for air and sweating profusely. From top to bottom, the people were HORRIBLE: toxic, immature, clannish, drug addicts and criminals, they conducted themselves like high school children, constantly gossiping and trash talking.
Favoritism and nepotism were everywhere. I was, along with most everyone else, labeling, packing, and slinging boxes all day. There was no job growth or advancement opportunities of any kind. It was truly a dark and dismal place, the very definition of modern day slavery. I was harassed by a co-worker almost daily and was mocked by management and HR when I addressed them with my concerns.
Do NOT be deceived by the fake advertising on Youtube: all warehouse jobs are terrible, but this one is particularly bad.
