      There are no pros you are a number to the elitist at this place. If you're not management you are nobody. HR reminded me of our current president, clueless on company policies, and very loose lipped when it came to sensitive information.

      Every other weekend off, but harsh work conditions

      Every other weekend off ( Friday, Saturday, Sunday )

      Cons

      12h shifts, little to no rotation, verry hot environment ( +27° ) and you are fully dress up, verry repetitive job, rude management, disgusting facilities, no benefits ( 4 sick days pay after 1 year in service, no maternity pay, no death in service pay, verry little yearly bonus and that is paid only if you not having any sick days, only 2 people on the shift are allowed to have holiday at the same time )
