Pros
can't really think of any
Cons
Too many unethical practices.... I was interested in Java technology but was hired for BPM, although it was communicated clearly while hiring that training will be provided, there was no proper training given and immediately they expect results from you just by watching videos. Finally, when a fresher gets frustrated with his own performance and unrealistic expectations of seniors, he resigns hoping that he will search for a better opportunity in the market so that there is win-win situation for both, me and the company. But suddenly one fine day HR calls and tells that today is your last working day. Whereas I already had a detailed discussion with Mumbai HR about notice period rules and regulations and it was very professionally and clearly stated that it is 60 days. But suddenly HR from another location calls and informs that forget everything what the earlier HR said and today is your last day because your performance was not up to the mark. And HR also tries to explain that it is for my own good if I get released immediately. Why? Who will pay my bills until I land another job? And what about your 'mandatory notice period of 60 days'? Many such unethical practices are happening here but this one was a major shock and hence highlighted it here so that freshers can think properly before joining here.
