Nividous interview questions

HR discussion after submitting application ,interview schedule for 1st round ,technical and then further , but it's not seems a process looks so awkward interviewer. Also i find back laid back company. They reschedule it first time cos not available interviewer seems like not interested in immediate hiring doing timepass.. Interviewer is in hurry unnecessarily... simply doing timepass with candidate. they dont care about timing its just waste of time.

you get one telephonic round with HR where you need to answer few technical questions. Second telephonic technical round for scenario based questions. Third technical round for Java and other technologies based on your past experience.
