      - Everyone is really friendly and collaborative - Its a global company but you still feel connected to your peers - My team in general are just fantastic and super knowledgeable

      Really solid group of people, benefits are pretty decent

      Cons

      Constant changing goal posts, lack of communication between regions, undervalued department, overworked employees, no communication between leadership
