      A Sad Decline from What It Once Was

      Pros

      Great teammates and people mostly. Also when Eric Johnson was CEO nintex was easily the best company in my career, but not anymore after Eric step down as CEO.

      Cons

      Very bad increment for the past 2 years. Company keep changing direction, the ELT team keep changing as well. Timeline and due date came rather last minute causing engineering team to lose work life balance. The worst part is the features that the team rushing to delivered last quarter might not be valid anymore or get thrown away the next quarter, didn't even made it into production, and they ask you to rush for another feature heading into another direction.
