      Pros

      Great onboarding process, everything is thought about to make it a welcoming experience. Great work life balance where you come first. Lots of thought goes into hiring the right people for the company culture, and clear evidence of internal growth and promotion. Also great product on the verge of exploding on the market. Best decision I made was coming to Nexthink.

      Cons

      There are no cons so far - people work hard and have fun at the same time.
