Pros
Very competitive... You have to work hard and make it through training... You definitely earn your job! The pay is good... Lots of mandatory overtime... The training is 6 weeks for call taking then after 10 months of call taking you have to pass dispatcher training. All training is paid. Overtime pay is nice. 25 years to retire... The values are courtesy professionalism and respect. Very rewarding experience! Lots of room to grow within the company...
Cons
Very stressful... Long Hours... If you don't pass training you are terminated. Probation is 18 mths must pass both training... Very difficult job and you must have tough skin.
