      Says 1000's of words but zero actions. Shows the buildings in air. Plays with the people career for company's own development. How much you sacrifice a single mistake and you are done.

      Cons

      Poor management. No rules nothing. No hope of future projects. Please dont play with people on the name of development is we not only me. Its always development is only you.
