Pros
I have joined as a trainee about three years ago. First, I leaned .NET, based on my improvement, they asked me to learn SharePoint. Now I am a hard core .Net/SharePoint developer. Great thing about Netpeach, as I was proving they kept on recognizing me.
Cons
If you do not improve or perform, they will you a month or two to pickup. If you don't show your improvement and dedication, most likely you will not be with us.

I have been working at Netpeach since 5 years, I have learned so many things. I joined as a trainee and got promoted as BDE. A good place to learn valuable things, Director is so supportive.
Cons
It is obvious that every company fire their employees when their performance is not good. But here Netpeach gives a couple of months to pick up, even then also if not performing well they will fire.
