      Pros

      Nice bonus, some benefit for holidays with cheques vacance (but you need to request even thought they are not given to you, i missed these for the first 4 years!!!) and really good pension found.

      Cons

      During 6 years I had 10% total increase of salary; Salary is lower than benchmarck; They are constantly asking you to more to be based into east part of Europe so they can pay you less for doing the same job.

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
