      Amazing Exposure to different departments, real responsibility and learning from the most up to date real world scenarios.

      Cons

      I believe that they have paused this scheme for now, organising a number of apprentices to have enough rotations in different departments proved to be quite hard, I personally got quite lucky but others found certain rotations to be of little value.

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
