Pros

My interview was managed 50/50 with an agency so it might be different. It lasted around 4 weeks with a final presentation with mood/material boards. Tip: use as many Neptune products as possible in your design. This will give you a better understanding of the company. I am honestly in love with their products so far (it has been a month now) Pros: Relaxed environment. Manager ready to help in terms of any concerns, issues. Rota 2 months in advance (they are happy to accommodate reasonable requests in terms of day off). Free fruits / coffee / tea (this might be different from store to store). Free gift pack the week before you start.

Cons

The company is undergoing some major changes so the training isn't the greatest. Lots of conflicting informations and most of the time the slides aren't right. I'd suggest a 'hands in' attitude like me so you can get up to speed and learn while doing the job. There is no hybrid option whatsover for a designer. I hope this will change in the future. It will allow the design to have an ever better work\life balance.

Pros

Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

Cons

There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
