      Too many thinkers, not enough doers! Senior management & Board prefer their loosely understood opinions rather than accept/agree with an expert in their own field.

      Pros

      Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

      Cons

      There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
