Pros

The beds are alright, almost worth it when there's a discount.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected from the realities of running a showroom and meeting sales targets. Unrealistic expectations without providing adequate marketing, resources, or staffing support. Poor communication from upper management — feedback from the field is often ignored. Compensation structure doesn’t match the demands of the role or the cost of living in high-rent areas. Limited career growth opportunities; talented employees are often overlooked or burned out. Advice to Management: If you want to retain skilled salespeople, invest in marketing, listen to on-the-ground feedback, and align pay with expectations. The product is strong, but the way the company is run makes it difficult to succeed.

Pros

-Great ethos behind products -When it’s going well you feel very involved and like what you’re doing matters

Cons

This job gave me the most whiplash I’ve ever experienced. Employees are hired and hyped up only to be let go via a 30 second phone call from a lawyer with no explanation. Attractive employees and those with family ties will stay at the top of this business. The CGO is swarmy, and would rather further his career and get a podcast feature than actually guide and direct his reports. Watching people you care about get let go abruptly and seeing how they talk about them when they leave makes you very nervous for your exit.
