Pros

Great benefits and perks. The company invests considerably in providing great health insurance, time off and additional benefits.

Cons

Poor leadership! COO approval is needed for every decision creating a bottle neck on the best days and breakdowns across the board most days. Employees lack trust with rumors of favoritism and vengeful employment practices. Most employees believe they are being spied on and set up by leadership to take the fall for their poor decisions. There is zero accountability at the C Level and the minute it is mentioned people seem to disappear without explanation. Bonus is a joke unless you are an executive.

Pros

Throughout my tenure at NSTXL, professional growth and development, both for myself and my colleagues, has always been a priority. The organization is made up of hardworking individuals who come together to tackle any project or challenge that arises. I've never worked with such a collaborative team, and I truly value the leadership culture that fosters that environment. I have always felt supported and heard by my manager. No conversation is off limits, and any issue or challenge I bring forward is met with thoughtful guidance, a clear path forward, and a commitment to resolution. NSTXL also offers excellent benefits. The health insurance options are the best I've experienced in my career, the PTO offerings are generous, and the compensation and bonus structures are highly competitive.

Cons

Like any growing company, defined processes are still evolving but leadership takes them seriously. Over the past year, I have seen major investments in technology and resources that have greatly improved efficiency and supported employees.

Pros

Health benefits. People at the working level.

Cons

This is a small company trying to grow, but executive management completely ignores the experienced employees who can actually help them get there. Things stay stagnant because leadership is content just taking the profits. It’s a good thing our clients don't grade us with a formal performance assessment, because management only fixes issues when a customer complains—even though the team has been trying to warn them for months to be proactive. They talk a big game about positive changes, but it’s just corporate Kool-Aid. Salaries never match industry standards unless you negotiate a great starting rate, raises or bonuses are little and always blamed on "company performance." Plus, there is zero internal growth. Senior and new management roles are never posted as internal roles to maybe grow with the company; new bosses just suddenly appear out of nowhere in a company wide email.
