      Pros

      I love working for NCRI, my coworkers make coming to work everyday fun. My managers make my job challenging and keep me busy which i enjoy. I wake up everyday wanting to come to work unlike other call centers i worked for. Very happy and hope to work here and grow with the company for many years.

      Cons

      I feel like our place of work could be cleaner - it would be nice if lysol wipes were provided for our desks and our bathrooms were cleaner.

      You do more than stated in interview. Managers look for easy way out and you are left to blame for their lack of in leadership.
