Now that covid has ended and demand has stabilized Narvar is in trouble. Competitors have caught up with Narvar and Narvar can no longer say it's feature set it superb. The product itself was built on enterprise customers and has become cumbersome to implement. Due to this customers are often upset during implementation as it takes longer than what the sales team told them. Tracking, returns, and EDD are becoming commodity software that several companies, even shopify to some extent, is offering. Narvar needs to bring in a COO who can take an objective look at the market and decide what to focus on and the direction to take the company. While Amit is a visionary he hasn't taken steps to grow and scale the company the way its needed and has trouble understanding he isn't the only game in town now. No amount of MEDDPICC can turn around sales and churn if Narvar is so much higher in price than other solutions.
