The interview process consisted of a recruiter screen, take-home assessment, live coding, system design, and a final hiring manager interview. The recruiter was responsive and professional throughout the process. What disappointed me was the experience after completing the full interview loop. Throughout the process I received positive feedback, but the final rejection only mentioned that they were looking for "stronger evidence of depth and readiness" without any specific or actionable examples. I reached out asking for more detailed feedback, but never received a response. After investing significant time in five interview rounds, I expected more meaningful feedback from the team.

Question 1
Candidates should expect a React-focused live coding interview and a product-oriented system design discussion
The process was highly organized. It kicked off with a friendly recruiter call, followed by practical, hands-on live coding exercises and an in-depth system design round that closely mirrored real-world engineering challenges
Although the process was lengthy, the team consistently kept me informed and communicated clear next steps throughout each stage. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and transparent about the role, responsibilities, and expectations. I really appreciated how open and approachable the team was, which made the overall experience feel organized, positive, and well managed.
