Pros
I'm learning new skills as a customer service rep in the current position that I can use in my overall career , skills like explaining billing and changes on customer's account, at first it was challenging with the system, but now its pretty easy. Always learning something new every day.
Supervisors are all very nice and treat you like your an adult. My co-workers are all professional and of varying age groups,so it's not like a high school call center type of environment like some other contact centers in town. The starting pay is decent also, compared to other call centers in town.
Cons
The only con is the break room, I wish it was bigger.
