Pros
Company is in the medical field and is on the forefront of some amazing discoveries. Company has tremendous potential to cultivate employees and staff, but...
Cons
There is a very deep rift among employees. This is a Korean based company so there is constant strife between Korean and US workers. Leadership is very biased, and power hungry. Turn over is extremely high, leadership has a very strong Korean philosophy of "just do what you are told-no exception" and work ethic that is not forgiving of US work ethics. Do your research before committing to work there. Ask them, what is the average employee turnover, ask them about the Korean vs. US work ethics and philosophy, ask them how often does upper leadership have checks and balances of their management, truly look behind the facade and peel back the layers and do your research, do not listen to this opinion but look into former employee experiences and make your own decisions. This was the worst experience of my life, my career, and the worst experience of being treated humanly, and respectfully, and with absolutely no professionalism.
