      Pros

      Company provided lunches and occasional activities.

      Cons

      Disorganized, unprofessional and toxic environment! Leaders leading the company lack experience that contributed for the company to have no direction. Employee issues are not being addressed. Turnover is fast including management. This company condones bad, unprofessional behavior including poor performance. It's just not a good place to be.

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly an d collaborative. They all feel like they are contributing to something good for cancer patients. Everyone works together. The company provides catered lunch everyday with a good variety. They have a very generous medical plan and other nice benefits. The facility is new and very nice environment.

      Cons

      Parking is challenging since the company is hiring at a fast rate.

      Lunch provided… if you can get to it in time. Supposed to be a benefit but really not organized.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment from the management down. Serious Lack of communication. The employees who do care are not awarded.
