I have been working here for a few years now and I want to say that working for NITS and the CEO has been a great rewarding experience and I am very grateful I got this opportunity. The CEO has taken the company from working in the library with a few people to over 100+ employees offering great benefits in just few years. She is involved in every department of the company and knows how every project in the company is going. She is eager to help and gives advice if you need it. Her office door is always open. If you have any type of problem, you go and you talk to her about it. She is involved and cares about this company and her clients as well as the people that work for her. NITS has a diverse environment and everyone is respected for their own beliefs. There are some talented people working here.
Cons
Just like every company you work for, there will be days when frustration sets in and that's okay. It happens. Deadlines are important. If you want a career and work hard this is a place you can definitely thrive in.
