NIT Connect knows it's stuff, with a team of real experts in help desk operations and IT support. It's a great place to work if you want to learn how things should work in the ideal world. The team at NIT Connect is awesome and I love coming to the office every morning to learn from great people with great skills.
We're at the business of making clients happy, and typically people call when they have an issue. I think that one of the best things about NIT Connect is that the team is very professional and is able to solve issues quickly. Overall, great place to work.
Cons
People contact the help desk when they have an issue and they are not happy. You have to deal with people who want a solution now and don't care that it takes time. But this is the case in any IT help desk.
