NIT Connect interview questions

The interview is a one-on-one interview that is aimed to discover your strengths and weaknesses as well as your professional experience. I think that the interview has a very friendly atmosphere and they don't try to trick you or anything. It's really all about discovering if you are able to do the work at NIT Connect and if you are ready to provide hard work for clients.

I interviewed with NIT Connect a few years ago and got an offer. I've been working there ever since. My interview experience was very professional and enjoyable and it was one of the drivers that pushed me to accept the proposal. The interview was aimed to get to know me and for me to get to know the company. there was ample time to ask questions and to really see whether it's a great fit.
