Disparity in how people are treated - some people are required to work in the office more than others for no apparent reason.
There is a real ‘PLC’ attitude and culture here - the basic message is ‘please do the impossible’ (without the ‘please’).
Not very friendly - people keep themselves to themselves, there is no real collaborative working here. The office just isn’t set up for that.
IT functionality is outdated and unreliable.
It’s a bit old fashioned - there’s no ‘bring your pets to work’ here folks, no trainers in the office, no fun at all, it’s the sort of place where people bring a notebook and a pen to a meeting!
Management aren’t keen to listen to opinions.
