8yHi! Thanks for your review. There is a lot to respond to so please be patient. I am glad you liked the morning meetings and atmosphere and thought we were very welcoming. I also agree with you that this isn't for everyone. We train entry level to management to give every person here the best of the best training so they can grow to be a successful manager. People do make money here, I promise. I don't think I would be running a company for almost 10 years if not. I think you may of been confused with pay and I apologize for that but did you ever sit down and discuss with me? I could of clarified things for you. The hours are not 12 hours, I think you may be counting your drive in or our occasional office nights we have(that are optional). It's for networking and getting to know the team better but not mandatory. As for Saturdays, they are meant for people who didn't hit their goal for the week. It's important to hit the goals for the week so you can move up according to schedule. But Saturdays are not mandatory to work. Again this sounds like something that you didn't understand and I wish you spoke to me about it. I am sorry you didn't get to take advantage of more management training, I think you would of seen the bigger picture of why we do what we do if you had stayed a little longer. The training program is 12-18 months for a reason. It takes time to see the results but most companies don't promote people for years into management. I think our timeline is faster. I wish you the best. I do appreciate your feedback.
