Needs Improvement - IT Security Specialist NASA Employee Review

*Management needs to be more engaged with their employees. They do not listen or hear their employees when it comes to their career, improving processes, or providing valuable input in order to make the environment more work friendly. Very reactive instead of proactive. *Cybersecurity definitely needs to be addressed/improved.
