Cons
- Our software processes aren't perfect and we're still refining them, but we'll have perfected them soon! - We don't do enough automated testing, but we've changed our strategy and will be dramatically increasing coverage over the next 6-12 months. - Remote working doesn't suit everyone. You need to be a self-starter and not be afraid to ask questions if you're unsure what to be getting on with. There's always someone willing to help!
