      Toxic environment - Employees pensions not being paid!

      There used to be a really great team but many of these good people were treated terribly so they left

      Cons

      A poor working environment where employee voices are not heard. No structure and a lack of transparency. Multiple times, staff were not paid for days with poor excuses from finance. Pensions were stopped being paid without any notice for many months. Avoid this place!

      Pros

      The people I worked with were great, however most (if not all) of them have left the company. Even in the middle of a pandemic they choose to leave without other jobs to go to.

      Cons

      Absolutely everything else, avoid this place if you can.
