Not treated very well - Appointment Setter My Social Practice Employee Review

Pros

The biggest pro at MSP is the laid back atmosphere. So laid back that no one actually knows what’s going on

Cons

The cons are a lot. I have trouble with the way the CEO treats employees I witnessed multiple people go to give their two weeks and the second they did the CEO let them go. Not professional, not the way you treat employees who did great work for you. The whole management team is so laid back that it’s almost like you work for yourself, Sarah seems to be the only manager who’s got it together. The culture doesn’t exist at MSP almost to the point that each department hardly knows who works in the others. Insurance benefits are so so at best.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here. It's pretty laid back, but everybody does their job and works hard. It's a fun, creative environment and everybody gets along really well. I feel like their is opportunity to grow with the company, but they're established enough that it doesn't feel unstable. People don't leave here disgruntled and always leave on good terms. I also feel like we are genuinely helping my clients and feel good about the products and services.

Cons

This is an unbiased and honest review and I was not asked to review the company. I don't have much to say that is negative. I wish the office was closer to Salt Lake. I wish there was more PTO available.

Pros

Really great team to work with. Management is engaging and helpful.

Cons

Pay is below market value. Deals are really small, so commissions are small.
