Video call with hiring manager and one team member. Questions were straightforward and tone was very relaxed. Much more based on culture fit than technical abilities. Overall, a very positive process. 2nd interview was with an executive covering much of the same material - was also casual. An offer was received 3 days later.
They cancelled the day of my interview. Had scheduled the meeting in advance. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Their excuse was they hired internally. Didn’t even let me have the interview. Definitely left me with a negative perception of the company.

Mostly a check to see if you have the right attitude to fit in with the team. There were a few questions about my skills background but no skills tests, etc. Interview took two rounds.
