The benefits package is the ONLY pro of being employed by Musashi, and word is, even that's going down the drain.
Cons
12 hour shifts, 7 days a week in some departments. Poor training program for new operators. No leadership skills in the management tier. Gross misconduct and harassment throughout the plant. Chemical mist in the air that causes horrible rashes and frequent illness for many. No official vacation day approval policy on record; vacation requests are approved or denied on the whim of a supervisor, and are often the subject of favoritism and prejudice.
