Healthcare and it's near impossible to get fired for attendance.

Cons

Most management level employees are former associates with no formal education, the business is run off feelings instead of making profitable decisions. The company is a tax write off for parent company and is seen as the red headed step child financially. There are no real benefits aside from essentially free healthcare.
