The CEO is atrocious, visceral, divisive, two-faced, egregious, unhinged, highly inept, and has delusions of grandeur. Rules by fear, and will throw you under the bus when she gets a chance. A slave driver for sure, and makes sure you update your weekly report, even on PTO. No poise for leadership and shows NO respect for anyone under 40 years old. Reverse-ageism much? Vision and direction of the company change every day, depending on how she feels. The company will not invest in CRM tools, heavily reliant on HubSpot to maintain customer records. Be prepared for an onslaught of weekly reports and recap the meeting you just recapped, while recapping your sales meeting, - if that makes sense? Applicant, beware of what you're getting yourself into. She's like Thanos, and she wields all Infinity Stones, and will crush every ounce of dignity you have in a single snap whilst working at Motionloft. Just look at the rating she gave herself.
