Pros
Coworkers are nice and everyone got along. Weekly pay
Cons
The owner has unrealistic expectations and no sense of time. I felt heavily micro-managed, even doing the simplest tasks. Very poor interpersonal skills; especially in the aspect of not knowing how to speak to people. Which explains why there is a very high rate of turnover. It's almost like a sweat shop for the boxers. If you're not a boxer, you're wearing 2-3 hats and doing a lot of things that aren't in your job description. I understand that you may have to wear different hats from time to time in business but atleast make it make sense (ie. Dont have the janitor move to the kitchen just because you don't want to pay a line chef adequate pay). No benefits, No raises, No real perks (only snacks & cheap pizza) The free puzzles offered per week are damaged with missing/chipped pieces. All in all, you have to pay to play and there are a lot of shortcuts being taken the way the owner is running this business.
