Pros

Money Mailer WAS a great company to work for prior to its acquisition by Madison Industries.

Cons

Overworked and underpayed. Unbalanced work loads amongst employees, some employees have so much responsibility that they work through breaks, lunches, stay after office hours and even worked on weekends, while others have time to Facebook, socialize and make personal phone calls on the company's dollar. Upper management turns a blind eye to such practices and does not address your concerns, when brought to their attention. Little to no support/guidance from upper management. Very negative environement to work in. Team-effort environment is non-existent.

Pros

The leadership truly cares, the team is supportive, and the work we do makes a real difference for local businesses. I’m proud to be part of a company that values growth, creativity, and community impact.

Cons

Fast-paced deadlines – Mailing schedules and client demands can create a high-paced work environment. Independent work style – Many roles require a high degree of self-motivation and time management, as they are often field-based or remote.
