I had a meeting with department supervisor where I was asked relevant questions pertaining to the job description in relation to my particular skill set. After answering the questions I received a call, completed a skill assessment and was onboarded.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Money Mailer (Richmond, VA) in May 2019
Interview
Spoke with the franchise owner for one hour. Who explained she was running the business alone with her mother. Was extremely scattered and disorganized. Was in the process of hiring interns for “free” work for her little franchise. Not professional and was not at all familiar with the sales process or the Richmond, Va market.
Withdrew my application for employment and am not interested in selling coupons.

Interview
Great structure. 3 interviews starting with the HR department. Second was IT Manager. Third was VP, IT member and IT Manager. Thorough questions on tech knowledge and personality. They even showed me through the office and their IT setup and consulted with me on some tech issues they were having.
