Pros
Mitratech's culture is all about transparency & authenticity. I've never seen Managers so empowered and the mindset around "Extreme Ownership" allows people autonomy while also knowing you are incredibly supported. The people here are the best from top to bottom and it's the main reason why I've continued to stay here!
Cons
I can't think of any. It's a fast-pace, which might not be for everyone. And drama / gossip is not tolerated (so if you are that type of person, you'll quickly find out that this isn't the place for you...)
