Big company benefits. Medical care is best if you are above a manager like me. Nothing else is good.
Cons
It is like a cult at Mitie. Back stabbing is everywhere. If you speak up you are casted out. They only pretend to support veterans and women and disabled people for PR reasons. Can not trust management even when you don't know them because they look after friends only. Little groups stick together and make fun of people with problems. They turn other problems into your problem if your face does not fit in. it is a bad place to work if you are kind and easy to bully. CEO says things to faces but gives no real help because he is on holiday or does not care. HR has no idea how bad the cult is in operations management and account management and the sales directors from security and cleaning are vicious and only care about selling Mitie and supporting their friends. People are leaving Mitie because of these things and marketing and HR are covering it up. It is a bad place to work and will damage your mind if you work here longer than one day. It is crazy that I write this now after so long but it is enough now I am out and safe.
