Mitie interview questions

Really great interview process. Wanted to understand my background in a related field and then asked me some competency questions about how I would deal with some issues that are commonplace in the job.

I was asked to attend a Teams interview, this was setup and received emails to confirm along with a phone call a few hours before the interview. I was on Teams 10 minutes before the agreed interview time and no one from Mitie showed up. I called 15 minutes after the agreed time to find out what was going on. Interview was rearranged and was ok. A second interview on Teams was then arranged and the exact same thing happened, I received the usual emails and phone call to make sure that I was going to attend. Again no one from Mitie showed up for the interview. I called and someone said they would get back to me. The next day I received the generic email declining me for the job.
