      Pros

      My first month's at MITIE have been informative and the support i have been given by my FLM and colleagues have been exceptional. I'm glad to be part of a lovely team.

      Cons

      First day was a daunting as the contact name & number provided were in correct and I had no clue of what to do! Thankfully security staff assisted and I eventually was met by my FLM.
