- Amazing team. Everyone cares about what they do and is genuinely fun to work with, which makes the job way more motivating. People actually like each other on a personal level, so it's just a good environment to spend your day in. - Leadership is transparent. They're upfront about where the company actually stands and where they're trying to go. The org feels flat too, so you get real decision-making power from day one instead of waiting years for it. - Managers genuinely care about your growth and try to put you on projects that actually excite you. And because the company is growing so fast, there's a lot of room to shift directions in your career if you want to — new teams and roles are popping up all the time. - Miter's values aren't just buzzwords on a website, you actually see them play out in day to day decisions and practices. It's rare to find a company where the culture genuinely matches what they say they're about, but Miter pulls it off.

It's a startup, so things move fast and everyone's still figuring stuff out as they go — that's just the nature of the stage we're at. People also hold themselves to a high bar, which is great for the work but can be a lot to manage some weeks.
