I had a very disappointing experience while working under the manager handling the BFSI client for the Vadodara location. The overall management of Vadodara office approach felt highly unprofessional and created a negative work environment. There were frequent instances of disrespectful communication, unnecessary pressure on employees to resign, and constant negativity during morning calls, which significantly affected team morale. In addition, workplace decisions and policies often seemed to change overnight without proper communication or transparency. There also appeared to be favoritism within the team, where certain members received special support and advantages over others. Such practices made the environment feel unfair and discouraging for employees who were genuinely trying to contribute. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise candidates to carefully evaluate the work culture and management structure before considering opportunities with Mindlance, particularly for the Vadodara location.
